Dr. Patricia Pimentel Selassie received her undergraduate degree from Towson University in Towson, Maryland and her Naturopathic Doctorate from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. A third generation physician, she is the founder of New Flower Center for Naturopathic Medicine in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Selassie is a family doctor, specializing in conditions such as autoimmune disorders, cancer, digestive disorders, heart disease and skin care. She approaches all patient using diet and lifestyle counseling, homeopathy, herbal medicine and clinical nutrition with the ultimate goal of achieving vibrant health. She is committed to serving with integrity, caring and excellence.
Dr. Selassie is a professional member of the New York Association of Naturopathic Physicians (NYANP) and is an Examiner who writes questions for Naturopathic Licensing Exam Board (NPLEX). She is a Director of Nutrition for Invite Health and can be heard live with Jerry Hickey, RPh and Nutritionist on Invite Radio. A much sought after and available speaker, she has given presentations on the Naturopathic Medical Profession and Treatment at Columbia University, Drexel University, George Washington University, Howard University, James Madison University, New York University and Princeton University among others.
